Is your life nudging you to change?
Or does it feel more like a shove?! Sometimes an unexpected loss, trauma, health issue, or change in job or relationship upends your life and leaves you wondering, "What's next? How do I move on from here?"
Maybe it is not an outer change in your life, but an inner shift. You find yourself ready to grow out of unhealthy emotional or behavioral habits that are keeping you from your true potential.
Dealing with the tides of change in our lives can be scary, disorienting, shaming, as well as emotionally and physically draining. It can be difficult to know who to turn to, or to find the energy to take the next step.
Have you tried to move forward on your own, but got stuck in the same old patterns?
Yet, even though you are discouraged, do you have hope for a better future?
Now is your time. I applaud you for taking this step and looking for some answers.
I am here to compassionately assist you on this most important journey. These potentially life- changing experiences can awaken you to finding deeper meaning and purpose. Even though life is a struggle now, the nudges and shoves can be a gift.
Yes, there is hope. It is my passion to assist people like yourself to realize your true power and begin to live your potential and express your unique gifts in your life.

Be Present.
When you are in pain, hurting from loss, it seems counterintuitive to want to be present. You are likely trying to get away from your painful thoughts!
Whether your thoughts tend to be anxious, depressed, or a busy jumble, I would like to introduce you to a way of being present in your life that will bring more peace and centeredness into your life.
Are you interested?
A core skill that will assist you in making changes that last is learning to become more “mindful” or present in your life. When you are mindful, you learn to open your heart and become more compassionate and non-judgmental of all those thoughts and feelings that seem to be running your life.
By becoming mindful of your thoughts and feelings, you will see that you have choice about which patterns serve you and which do not.
Find Your Power.
We access our true power when we know who we are. When you begin therapy and start to look at the story you tell about yourself, you may hear yourself talking about your different “parts.” Have you ever heard yourself say something like, “I feel ready to change, but a part of me is afraid I can’t do it?”
You are not alone. We all have these parts of ourselves that we want to hide or are afraid of knowing.
In therapy with me, you will get to know these parts gently, compassionately, and at your own pace. You will learn that every part has a story to tell and a yearning to be accepted and loved and integrated into your whole self.
I will be your guide to assist you in mastering the skills to be more mindful and present. You will learn to be able to sit in awareness aware of a peace-filled yet energized, centered, creative, open-hearted, compassionate space within you. I call this space your true Self. It is here where you find your true power.
Live Your Potential.
You have your own unique journey in life—Are you ready to live it?
It may not be the one you planned on—I don’t know anyone whose life is! Yet, if you learn be more present in your life and live mindfully, you will find freedom to choose how you react to old beliefs, and can learn to live from a grounded, centered, place within you. You will develop the tools that work best for you to manage your life.
Integrating mindfulness into your daily life is the gift that keeps on giving. I teach this skill as the foundation for my therapeutic approach because it is effective, creates lasting change, and is useful in every aspect of our lives.
I have seen the benefits of improved mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well being in so many of my clients—and in my own life.
When we compassionately honor where we are on our life’s path and are willing to have the courage to ask for help when we need it, the right person will show up to support us on our authentic life’s journey.
Am I that person for you? If so, please email or call me today and make an appointment to get started. I look forward to meeting you.
I wish you all the best,
- Pam
